Refund Policy
Due to the hygiene nature of the products, limited stock and shipping delays, we are not currently accepting returns.
Only under proof of extreme hardship, we might consider items returned within 14 days of purchase. Customers must contact us in advance to see if you're qualified. Please note:
Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags attached).
Gifted items are only eligible for store credit. (new with tags)
Merchandise received after the 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, this will need to be reviewed by our internal operations team.
