My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?
If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to contact us . We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

This is the best disposable mask I've seen. And I've bought a lot of them!Excellent manufacturing quality. Filtration seems among the best. I tried to move a candle flame by blowing through the mask and there was no flame movement whatsoever.The mask fits snugly on my face with no gaps. Note how nicely it fits against my kissable cheeks in the photos.Very comfortable to wear. Easy to breath through. No suffication feeling. I wore it for an hour before writing this to see how it did. At first donning I noticed a SLIGHT filtration resistance. But in a few minutes I was unaware of any resistance at all. It is way easy to breath with no effort!After I had been wearing the mask awhile I checked my oxygen level with an Oximeter Blood Oxygen Sensor and the oxygen was normal as always. So you get all the oxygen you need with the mask on. I love these for good performance and comfort. I think this shape of mask design is what provides a good fit.Look no further. I just ordered more.Best.

Takes a second to get use to but the mintier you adjust it to your nose and face frame it’s very comfortable. Room to talk and breath without the mask touching your lips. Good sturdy material. I gave some to my elderly parents who complains about breathing issues from other masks. My mom likes the white ones, I’ve order black ones from another vendor.

They fit perfectly without gapping on the sides. You can talk really easy while wearing them because of the fish shape of the mouth covering. They also feel strong enough to be protective but still light weight. Very impressive for a 4 layer mask. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased this mask because my wife doesn't like the looks of the KN95 mask. These are nicer looking and very comfortable. They also store flat, so they are easy to carry around until needed.

After reading many articles about fake N95 mask, understand that masks made in Korea less likely to be fake. This mask is comfortable to wear, like the cloth chin cover and does not touch around my nose. Nice design. Comes with a piece to adjust length of ear straps.
