Has my order been dispatched yet?

As we ship EU orders from German/UK, so we can deliver goods free of VAT.

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?
If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to contact us . We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

Due to the hygiene nature of the products, we are not currently accepting returns.

I have a small face and most masks are way too big on me. I love they are the color black instead of the white/blue. I was wearing a face shield while working at school bc masks were way too hot and I had to keep pulling them up. These fit me perfectly, are breathable and are comfortable. Love that they have the bendable nose bridge as well. Highly recommend them, I just bought two more boxes for myself and two teenage sons! ❤️

I am a fan of these masks as these are my go to. Purchased them numerous of times as I am not a fan of the surgical/medical mask. These mask cover your face and don't have the openings as other masks. What I mean is that some other masks that are similar cover your face but you can feel the air on the sides when you are outside. These masks cover your whole face without any air coming in. They are also breathable as well. I hope my review makes sense. They do put my mind at ease.
