My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?
If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to contact us . We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

It's perfect for my big face and short beard. Also good for wearing a surgical mask under, but it also has a slot for a filter. The ear loops are adjustable as well. I've seen this style sold elsewhere but for WAY too much for what it is.

Not too much air flow up by the eyes. Nice expansion to hook under chin so mask doesn’t pull down while talking. Adjustable ear straps to reduce discomfort when wearing for extended periods (like travel). Best of about 10 different over-ear styles I’ve tried.

I have a small face and it does fit ok. It's not quite as easy to put on due to the design. However the design means that the filter area is up against my nostrils so that I know the incoming air is being filtered by more than cloth. I like that featureHowever, I had to insert 2 filters because 1 and the cloth wasn't restrictive enough. I want to feel that it requires some effort to get air in and out. That means more protection. On the plus side, the design of the filter pocket let me do that easily. The pocket is designed so you can access it from 2 sides. Some masks only have one access point and that really hinders being able to get the filter in properly.I would have liked it better if the ear loops were not stitched in place but were attached by means of threading through a end pocket so that they were in a continuous loop. I think that would be a better face fit.They came with 3 extra ends too.

I’m a huge mask hater. I’ve tried everything to keep my glasses from fogging up. 😡 nothing has worked. They always feel like little fibers are tickling my lips. They are hot.Every style has disappointed me every time.Then I caught a twitter video of Josh Gates on a 30 hour day traveling. The had this mask on. I had to try to find it and I did.The nose is adjustable without messing up the rest of the mask. I live how it cups your chin. It’s marked right and left so you don’t accidentally put it on upside down. This is the mask for people that hate masks.I’ll be getting more so I never have to ware the others again. 🥳
